Geo-Physical Seismic Services – At present we are conducting Seismic Survey for hydrocarbon exploration on onshore. Seismic Survey is done by blasting explosive in shot holes drilled along the surveyed lines at the regular intervals . The elastic waves generated are reflected back from different sub surface layers to the surface of the earth. These reflected waves are received by sensors called Geophones planted on the ground and converted into electrical energy. The electrical energy from different geophones is transmitted to the seismic recording instrument where signal is recorded on magnetic tapes/cartridges. The Data recorded on the tapes / cartridges are processed at the computer centre. We are also undertaking data processing job in association with our overseas associates.
